Yogurt is a by-product of milk, which contains many nutrients that are good for the skin. It also contains lactic acid which has bleaching properties.

Gently rub plain yogurt on the skin. Hold it on your skin for a few minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeating this operation once a day for several weeks causes significant changes in the skin and face.

An important element in skin care is vitamin C, which can be found in abundance in oranges. In addition, oranges have whitening properties that can brighten your skin. Regular consumption of fresh orange juice has been shown to greatly improve skin texture as well as its elasticity. Oranges can be used in two different ways to lighten the skin.

 

Powder dried orange peel. Mix a tablespoon of orange powder with a tablespoon of plain yogurt. Apply it on your skin for 15 to 20 minutes. Then rinse with water. This mask will help lighten dark spots and other spots on the face. Use it once or twice a week, but no more than that.
